On March 2, 2025 I went to Chili's with my husband for dinner, and the hostess was absolutely awful. She was beyond rude. She took us to a table to be seated, I immediately let her know that I wanted a different table and she ignored me and kept moving. I went to her at the hostess station and let her know that I wanted a different table, and her response was "wait". When she finally came to us she was rude and loud. She started by saying that she was busy, helping other people. I pointed out that she wasn't finished helping me so how could she move on to another customer. Anyway, she kept getting louder, so I took the menus and walked to the table I wanted. The whole experience was low class and disgusting. I did speak to a manager, and he apologized for her behavior and comped me a desert. Although I appreciated that, it will never delete that situation from my memory. This was not my first time at this location, in fact we used to eat at Chili's at least 3 times a month. But the deplorable behavior I had to deal with will keep me away.

If I could give zero stars I would. My family and I just tried to eat here after our family pictures. We walked in and I could tell they were busy. We let them know we had 7+ a high chair. They set us up a table for 6+ a high chair and I let them know we’d need one more chair. They then proceeded to seat 5 other parties ahead of us and then give another party the table they’d originally set up for us. When I walked over to ask when we’d be seated, they told us it would be 25-30 additional mins because they “didn’t have room for 7.” When we understandably got frustrated and asked for an explanation we were asked to “not yell or leave.” Might be a good idea to teach the hostesses better communication and customer service.

Always love Chilis. It's a go to when we're traveling for work. Stopped in to kill time and avoid some traffic and was not disappointed. Triple dipper is great, the honey chipotle crispers are awesome, they burn but not so much that I can't eat them. Big mouth bites are great little sliders as well. My only complaint, and this is company wide, is the fried mozz. They are just too much cheese. I love sticks and curds, Id get them with my dipper every time but those bricks you serve are just not as enjoyable so I avoid them. Bring some southwest cheese curds to the table maybe, you'd kill with that.

We eat at the Ann Arbor Chilis multiple times a month. Our favorites Garlic sirloin, chicken fajitas, chicken nachos, big mouth bits, chips and salsa, Cajan chicken pasta, triple dipper appetizer, honey Chipotle chicken crispers, hamburgers, all made delicious. Have to ask for the BEST waiter Rick each time. He will make sure your drinks are full, order is accurate, prompt on getting your order and anything you need. Great guy! Hostess and other staff have been great when waiting on us too. Keep the restaurant and bathrooms clean. That’s so important.
After having a bad to go experience a couple of months ago, it’s almost my fault we had another bad experience today. Order was wrong, although I picked up the food as soon as I received the ready text it was cold among other issues: lesson learned not worth the $$ to order from here.

Server was fast and attentive. Food was so good. Honestly, Chili's has the BEST burgers - so juicy!
Made the mistake of ordering a carry out at a Different location. Jeff, the restaurant manager went above and beyond and called the other location to give me refund!! Simply amazing!!

My first time back to Chilis in 10 years and let me tell you , I was pleasantly surprised. We were sat by Elise the hostess she was very nice. Our server was Alia she was wonderful. I order the spicy Rita it was fantastic.My husband and I shared the fajitas and they were amazing. The whole vibe at this Chilis was great. I observed teamwork and real friendship there.

They were pretty steady during our visit, and our server was still checking the table frequently for our table of 6. The food was great, but my daughter said she had an issue with her silverware, but I didn't see what she was talking about. The tables were constantly bussed, and the bathrooms were clean, though my daughter said the soap dispenser was hanging off the wall.
I have time today! I was just at your establishment right after a gentleman walk in I was wondering where he was? (Seated) I waited only to hear a good time at the bar by your waitstaff. I've encountered this before but I see I'm not alone.
