The food was so bad. We got the Triple Dipper with the three types of mozzarella sticks (Regular, Nashville Hot, and Honey-Chipotle), the Dippers + BBQ ribs with fries and Mac&cheese, and Chicken and Steak Fajitas, finished up by the cookie skillet dessert. The only mozzarella sticks that were good were the regular ones. The Honey-Chipotle was quite literally just Sweet Baby Ray's BBQ sauce on a cheese stick. The Nashville hot was DISGUSTING. I love Nashville hot seasoning, but this tasted like dirt and sweat. The dippers were not good, and the ribs were mediocre. I had high hopes for the fajitas, but there was NO seasoning on them, so it was just peppers and onions heated up. The steak literally made me gag. I don't know what they did to it, but it tasted like feet. The chicken was also unseasoned and not good. I won't be coming back to Chilis. The cookie skillet tasted like cardboard. The service was excellent, but the food was atrocious. Two stars because the service was very good.

Nothing wonderful stood out. Outdated bathroom...Not a full bar a the waitress said. Couldn't get a bloody mary... ate it for and left for another bar per the suggestion of the bartender! Lol..

I don’t usually write negative reviews, but my recent experience at the Chili’s Bar & Grill in Ann Arbor was disappointing enough that I feel it’s important to share. I had invited a group of seven people for what was supposed to be a simple, enjoyable dinner, but the service made the evening frustrating.
Our server,name Promise, provided very poor service from the start. When she brought out our main courses, I asked about the appetizers we had ordered, only to be told, “Oh, I’m sorry, I forgot to put it in.” Not only was the timing completely off, but the entrées themselves arrived barely warm, which made the situation even more disappointing.
The one bright spot in the experience was the manager, Amber. She was polite, approachable, and genuinely listened when I expressed our concerns. I appreciated her professionalism and willingness to address what she could, even though the overall visit had already fallen short.
Despite the manager’s kindness, the service issues overshadowed the evening, and all seven of us left very disappointed. I hope the restaurant takes this feedback seriously, because this location has the potential to offer much better than what we experienced.

Had lunch with my son at the Ann Arbor location. Rick was our server. He was very attentive refilling drinks promptly and checking on us often. Food was great. Booths are a bit close together and it felt a bit cramped.
Very much enjoyed my food. Got the ultimate cheese pull.
