I’ve already given my review to corporate. This was my first time ordering Firehouse Subs. I did a mobile order for a meatball sub and a cheesesteak sub on gluten-free bread. upon opening the subs I was disappointed in the size comparison, especially because I had to pay extra for gluten-free bread and the bread is smaller than the original wheat bread, which makes it impossible to give the same proper portion of meats and veggies. Faith is so rude and made our dining experience uncomfortable. She was clearly training a new guy and was just so rude to him. Whoever is in charge of this facility needs to make faith get a grip on herself.. it’s a sub shop chill out. Won’t be back to this
