I have never had such exceptional service quite like Arricka. She was so attentive, you would have thought we were her only table. She checked on us often, but she wasn't hounding us. She made sure our order was to our liking and that the soda was made exactly to our taste. She was so friendly, caring and thoughtful, you would have thought we were old friends or family. She remembered I have a child from a time before when we came, and made sure that I left with a lemonade...

Our first family visit as there isn't a Chili's near our home. The waiter was great! Very attentive dispute being busy. The food was hot and delicious. Everyone enjoyed their meal. We will definitely visit if in the area again!!!!

Food was good, but the service was incredibly slow. Many people seated around me left which I later learned from an unprofessional argument amongst staff that those seated around me were waiting for our waitress who came in at 5pm…when we were seated at 4:10pm. That was 100% failure on the hostess who didn’t greet the mob forming at the door for an entire 20 minutes and just sat us all together in a section with no working server to get us out of the way.
