I spent almost $25 on 2 bowls this past Friday, 8/9/24. When I picked them up through the drive thru the bag felt very light. I pulled over and found out the bowl’s weren’t even a quarter full. Tried to call the restaurant and there is not an option to speak to a human. I learned my lesson and won’t be back.
This is the worst restaurant around. I’ve had 2 really bad experiences with chipotle. In the first incident we were given a bowl of food that was partially eaten! This time someone took my order and chipotle is ignoring my request for a refund.
