Terribly wrapped, all of the ingredients are separate so that the guac (one scoop by the way) is all the way in the back mixed with nothing but rice. All of the meat was in the front. Costs double the price to get extra anything. The line worker seemed irritated by my presence. Never go here.

they are ALWAYS out of something and ALWAYS cut down your serving sizes, even when you ask for more and they seemed annoyed and offended. i ordered doordash from here two times and payed extra for guac and chips, didn’t receive them on the only two occasions i doordashed.
going in-person is awful because they serve you half a scoop (not exaggerating) and it is not worth the amount of money you pay for.
it’s also incredibly dirty all the time, with trash overfilled near the entrance and bits of pieces of food all over the floor.

Always out of things like how are you out of something after you just opened, i’m not understanding what’s being done while prepping. this location is always a disaster! I thought coming when they first open would be better but no.

I don't think I've ever had a service experience this bad anywhere. They had one person managing the entire line (at like 1:00, not an empty time). I wait for 15-20 minutes and become the 3rd person in line. Then, they announce the entire line is closing so they can fill a catering order. So we all have to leave.
If you do not punish restaurants for giving you bad service then there is no incentive for them to improve. For that reason, I'm never going to any Chipotle ever again, as brutal as that sounds. This is the worst time, but not the first time.

Employee was so rude!!! I came in to pick up my food, she says it’s not ready I say it says it’s ready on the app sometimes they don't hear my name right if she can check, was met with an attitude and she tells me I can wait… come to find out my food was ready the entire time and instead of apologizing for her error says she couldn’t hear which is exactly what I tried to explain to her in the first place. Chips were also so stale, truly an annoyance.

Always out of everything
Ordered a $11 chipotle bowl and got what looked like a $3 sample. It’s crazy how these workers skimp portions on customers when they are discounted themselves and can fill their own entree to be as big as possible. Worst chipotle outlet in Ann Arbor. Go to potbelly next doors if you want something filling and that doesn’t feel like a scam

SOUR CREAM OUTSIDE THE BOWL! I consider myself a connoisseur of Chipotle establishments. As a frequent guest of Chipotle cuisine and restaurant experiences, I know a thing or two about the way things work. I know my way around the buffet. I know my way around the beans. Unfortunately, my experience at this particular location was less than slay. I get the same order every time: brown rice, black beans, chicken, pico, sour cream, cheese, and lettuce, in that order. I know because I have memorized every step of this heavenly process. I have my chipotle order hung up and framed on the wall of my kitchen so that I may always be reminded of the promised land. But, back to the story. I approach the buffet after a long wait. I am un-greeted by a gentleman who spoke no words. He did not begin the special tango all Chipotle crew-members engage in with us guests. What kind of rice? What kind of bean? What protein would you like? None of those magical words were uttered. But nevertheless, I persisted. I spoke aloud my dream concoction of ingredients, leading us through this dance. But once we got to the sour cream section, the crew-member dunked his spoon into it haphazardly, spilled sour cream all over his gloves, his arm, the counter, my bowl. He then placed the lid on my bowl, covering the entirety of the outside of the bowl in sweet sweet sour cream. Now, I love the stuff. But I prefer my sour cream to be consumed along with the contents of the inside of the bowl. Not the outside, that silly goose. All that being said, I paid for my meal, ate the whole thing, and started going to the Briarwood Mall Chipotle instead. I love you, goodbye. (EDIT: NOT STATE STREET I MEANT STADIUM I AM NEW HERE)

This is not only the worst chipotle I have ever been to but it is also the most consistently bad restaurant I have ever been to in my life. Every time I come back here, I convince myself that it’s possible for it to not be trash but I am always let down. It is practically a policy at this chipotle to underserve you. They will half scoop protein even when there’s no one else there. Don’t even think about doing an online order or they won’t even add enough food to cover the bottom of the bowl. You have to ask for extra on everything just to get a normal portion and they get pissy when you do that. Go literally anywhere else in Ann Arbor
