Every time I visit this chipotle the quality goes down every single time. They never have anything ready, are always out the main ingredients and take extra long when trying to make the protein. On top the limited selection, after choosing anything the portion is the smallest I have ever seen than at any other chipotle. The one little scoop of 5 pieces of steak is not going to suffice a grown man, and when I ask for extra to even PAY and make it double of the protein, the next scoop is even smaller. The staff treats everyone around disrespectfully and even after all the nice efforts I have tried it has not worked at this location. I am very dissapointed in the food quality as well, if you are going to give me 5 small cut pieces of steak can that steak at least be hot as well? Something must be done with this location.

What I find the most bizarre is that for some reason this place refuses to hire good employees… does the manager not read the reviews? does she not realize this is probably the worst rated chipotle in michigan? I was an overqualified candidate for this position just trying to help this place out but got turned down, so funny to me. This location and management is a joke, just go to washtenaw or canton SIMPLE

I was told that she had to stick to a certain portion for rice and beans and barely filled up my burrito, even when I asked for double. Not even for meat btw. This Chiptole will screw you over.

This Chipotle used to be the best when I moved to AA over 6 years ago. Now? It’s the worst. They are constantly out of items, notably the fajita veggies. The store is constantly understaffed and ran poorly. Lines are very long and it’s just not worth even going to. They really need to improve operations here.

Believe the reviews.
They were out of half the ingredients and salsas. No chips.
They were stingy with ingredients - one drop of salsa, 3 strings of cheese.
The vibe was… get out of here asap. No one was mean, only one or two seemed interested in working.

EDIT: to the owner, I appreciate that you respond to reviews. That’s better than a lot of other places, but no one really needs one good trip to Chipotle at a discount.
What we need is for you to create a consistent experience in line with what customers expect. Good management takes coaching and discipline and honesty and patience and empathy. I wish you luck!
