The food is as excellent as always but the three star rating happened because as we were finishing our meal at 9:35pm (they close at 11pm) - customers were told that they were out of white rice and the tables were cleared and chairs placed on top of tables by 9:45pm

Surprised this place has as many one stars as it does - came here twice while coaching a debate camp and was a generally satisfied with my experience and portion size. No complaints here!

Their portion is little less than other Chipotle I have visited. And the cleanliness is not so good but since the branch is downtown it's quite busy so expected. Plus the steak was undercooked.
