Good Cinnamon Rolls, trashy service-
Came in and ordered a mini roll, but had to wait for a fresh batch, since none were left. The person working the cinnamon rolls left for their lunch break, even though we could see that the rolls were clearly done baking. It was only after another staff member noticed we weren’t served yet that she checked to see why no one packed our order yet. We waited for nearly 30 minutes. Ridiculous. The folks at this branch seriously need to be trained.

The manager, Finn, was incredibly jovial and made the Cinnabon feel like a nice place to be. He knows his stuff, and actually made it a pleasant space to sit and eat the food.

The reason for my low rating for this store is due to the unsanitary things that I’ve seen. While being served, I literally seen a worker ring me up at the cash register with the same gloves on that they fixed my Cinnabon with. I was very upset about this. There is no way that these Cinnabon employees should not be changing their gloves. They should not be ringing up customers and then with the same gloves fixing their orders. This is disgusting!!! I’ve seen Employees coughing while making Cinnabon without even stepping away or putting their arm over their mouth! Again disgusting!!! I don’t understand how this place is still in business if I could’ve rated this place a -10 I would have.

I drove 10 miles to get here by 8:50 and the women had the store completely broken down. Why do you all say you close at 9p.m. when I'm reality the women that work here closes down at 9:40? Terrible buisness practice
You’re lucky if you’ve come at the right time and the Cinnabons aren’t undercooked. The staff are rude when you don’t tip. Won’t be back

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!! I will be calling corporate on Monday!! Ashley the manager was very rude. I waited a while for my order and then asked whose orders are these that she placed on counter? Ashley shrugged. Then moments later tried to hand me the fist bag that had been sitting for a long period of time. Since my order was now cold due to sitting there and already asking if I could get a fresh one Ashley informed me that I could not and continued with an attitude. I then asked for a refund. I spoke with the cashier and Ashley stated “she’s only a child.” Which I thought was rude due to the young lady stating she’s 16. Customer service is HUGE for me and I don’t believe in being rude to people especially paying customers.

My husband, 4kids and myself search the whole mall specifically to try Cinnabon for the first time finally found it we were so excited only for the employees to treat us poorly not friendly at all, attitude as we placed our orders. Would not recommend!

Closest Cinnabon to lansing is this store, we were a little early and the young lady opening the store helped us check out. A half hour before they opened❤️❤️ bless her heart. And that was the best cinnamon bun I've ever had.???⚠️
