WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!! I will be calling corporate on Monday!! Ashley the manager was very rude. I waited a while for my order and then asked whose orders are these that she placed on counter? Ashley shrugged. Then moments later tried to hand me the fist bag that had been sitting for a long period of time. Since my order was now cold due to sitting there and already asking if I could get a fresh one Ashley informed me that I could not and continued with an attitude. I then asked for a refund. I spoke with the cashier and Ashley stated “she’s only a child.” Which I thought was rude due to the young lady stating she’s 16. Customer service is HUGE for me and I don’t believe in being rude to people especially paying customers.

My husband, 4kids and myself search the whole mall specifically to try Cinnabon for the first time finally found it we were so excited only for the employees to treat us poorly not friendly at all, attitude as we placed our orders. Would not recommend!

Closest Cinnabon to lansing is this store, we were a little early and the young lady opening the store helped us check out. A half hour before they opened❤️❤️ bless her heart. And that was the best cinnamon bun I've ever had.???⚠️

This review is mainly for the Manager Devon who helped me and my mom yesterday. This manager was amazing. Went above and beyond to do everything she could to accommodate us even though they were closed. She was working alone, showing us kindness, going the extra mile, and had great people skills. She could have easily told us she was alone and was closed, but she didn't. She has a great work ethic, and if I were her boss, I would look into making sure she is promoted and stays within the company. Everyone knows Cinnabon makes great food, so again, the review was for the manager.

Employees have a bad attitude for no reason. The cinnamon rolls were old looking and burnt. Asked them when fresh ones were being made and with an attitude the young lady folded her arms and refused to give me a time. Chose not to give them my business. Not paying for bad service and bad food. I’d rather drive to twelve oaks than go here.

One of the employees ignored me and then another employee took my order but had a bad attitude. After, they took my order, they ignored me again until another employee asked me what my order was and finally gave me my order. Overall, unorganized and bad customer service.
Stopped at 10:30ish to get a 4 pack and they didn’t have ready to purchase and wouldn’t have any for some time.

I had put in an order for cinnamon rolls & other treats for an office event & the manager Chris was amazing & made sure I was given fresh out of the oven cinnamon rolls for my office staff to enjoy. He was not only very kind & courteous but made sure that he had meant every request I had for my order. Chris’s service was above & beyond what I have received from other places I have ordered from. My staff was so pleased with the freshness of everything that Chris will definitely be receiving more business & orders from my office.

Went to the counter at Cinnamon at Briarwood Mall...TheYoung Lady was Working Alone,but She had a lot of Energy and Good Vibes...I order Water a bun...water was worth the 53 cents..bun was warm and Delicious!!! The Employees said She had been Their for a Year. I would of Thought 10 Years... FANTASTIC!!! Made the Start of My Day???✅

After spending a lifetime at the Apple Store, I was frustrated and hungry leaving the mall. Stopped to get a coffee and quick snack. They were busy with another customer but made sure to greet me when I walked up. When I ordered, the manager and two employees were so pleasant I didn’t even notice they already finished my order. I didn’t have to wait at all and the cinnamon roll was so good!!!
