The kiosk is a bit impersonal, but the quality of the tea makes up for it. Probably the best bubble tea in Ann Arbor, despite its limited menu--the taro and oolong are my favorites!
I LOVE CoCo! I go all the time, and always get a medium chocolate with pearl, less ice, 70% sweetness. It is always super fast, and the employees are very sweet. Once I managed to spill my *entire* drink all over the ground while trying to stab the straw in (I am also baffled as to how I managed to do that), and they were very kind about it and remade my drink then mopped up the spill.
Coco is good but takes forever relative to the amount of labor involved. I get a drink here, go order take out from another restaurant, and the drink still isn't finished in the amount of time that takes.
