I'm wondering did they change the brand of ice cream. I always get the sweet cream ice cream but this it tastes like ice milk. The taste was not smooth and creamy.

I was hoping for a fabulous cake, but unfortunately, the order didn't turn out as expected. It was pretty disappointing to see that it was utterly wrong. I tried contacting the store several times for assistance, but I couldn't get through. I understand that communication can sometimes be challenging, especially when dealing with language barriers. It’s a difficult situation all around.

I was just in there, ordered a "like it"(small) fudge shake, then went to the restroom. When i came out no one was around, some lady had come in to pick up a cake, which caused the worker to disappear for at least 10 minutes. So i told the lady picking up her cake to tell the worker to just forget about it. Then i went to five guys.

Worst Coldstone I have been to..they barely fill your cup and made the assumption I wanted to use my reward without asking. I will travel to the Canton location before coming back here. Very disappointed. The ice cream is good.

Ice cream was amazing. So soft and creamy. Could taste the flavors of both ice cream. Waffle cones are delicious. Not a fan of the area but this made our trip more enjoyable.
The best ice cream place in town.. Great customer service. Highly recommend! That being said:Side note: there is only 1 outdoor table with a couple of chairs, rusty and unclean.. Definitely not to eat in.
