I asked for a large and they gave me a small and refused to correct their mistake. I told them large 3 times but the women behind the counter was to lazy to get extra ice cream.

Horrible customer service. Gave my delivery order to the wrong person and refuse to take responsibility or give me a refund. Called 3 times before I was able to speak to a manager then once I did he said the owner would call me back to figure it out. 4 days later still no call. Used to love cold stone and was looking forward to having there ice cream again. Unfortunately, I will never be returning to this location. Total scammers. 0/5 stars

Terrible experience over the phone when i called in on a Monday 4:07. Got connected to an Indian guy with a barely understandable accent, who admitted he didnt try any of the flavors and couldn't pick out a recommendation and ended the call abruptly. The ice cream-build-your-own order arrived but it was just a huge chunk of vanilla ice cream in the middle with no mix-ins despite selecting extra mix-ins. Clearly they did a very lazy job throwing in a huge chunk to make up for not wanting to mix the entire thing. Not to mention it never had vanilla ice cream, I had selected cheesecake ice cream. Just terrible quality of service and terrible product, just check the pictures to confirm.

The ice cream is soup. The air conditioner and coolers need to be turned up. Serious waste of money. It was gross. Also no bathroom for paying customers which seems like a health code violation.

My last order was.... okay? When I ordered banana pudding ice cream, I expected ice cream texture. When I got it, the texture was like it was frost bitten. Even after delivery ( which usually softens it). Idk.... The quality I'm used too was off.

I was hoping for a fabulous cake, but unfortunately, the order didn't turn out as expected. It was pretty disappointing to see that it was utterly wrong. I tried contacting the store several times for assistance, but I couldn't get through. I understand that communication can sometimes be challenging, especially when dealing with language barriers. It’s a difficult situation all around.
