Loved the old Dibellas before the fire of in 21-22. The food is still amazing and when I head into A2 it’s a must. But service since the renovation is lackluster. Online orders take priority over in person orders which is staggering. My last stop, unfortunately the AC had gone out, so a little warm in there, but I was one out of two people ordering inside and it took 15 mins to make a sandwich. The old method of ordering had you making a sandwich while you walked down...
The poor girl was in the real by herself people were so mean to her.. she did have some support staff but she was from t line. I love dibellas. Sad they left troy Michigan. I will be back.

Update: service model is confusing. you walk past all the staff to the register and no one is there. when they appear you are asked picking up or ordering in spite of having two lines (one for mobile, and one for ordering). perhaps a better system on football saturdays, but impersonal.
Did I mention the meatball subs? Stellar.
