Hits every time. I like the reduced sugar & ice options. Service is always speedy too. Very cute place!

I have in my notes from my last visit a couple of years ago that this was "one of the worst Ding Teas" with the boba having a "very strange texture." Since it was during the early stages of the pandemic, I figured I would give it another shot this past weekend. I walked in after lunch and was the only customer in the store - I guess most of the students were out on Thanksgiving break? Anyways, I got one drink:Oolong Milk Tea, Large, 50% Sweet, 50% Ice, w/ Boba ($6.75) - I've been to six or seven Ding Tea locations and I find that they are pretty consistent in drink quality between locations. They have the process to make their drinks pat down. They fill a plastic shaker with pre-brewed tea from a dispenser, add a couple spoonfuls of creamer, add sugar syrup, shake it up and pour on a cup of boba. The taste of the oolong milk tea is pretty identical to other locations. A nice roasty, toasty flavor that permeates the drink with a milky quality introduced by the creamer. The boba quality, on the other hand, differs a bit between locations. This one, unfortunately comes out on the wrong end. The golden boba, which Ding Tea is known for, was very hard and unpleasant to chew. I'm not sure if I caught them on an off day or if the boba here is normally hard. They do give you a ton of boba, way more than other places. So in general, this Ding Tea location has improved from my previous visit. If you like Ding Tea, it's a no brainer to get a drink here. Ding Tea has always been a mid-tier to above average type of establishment, and this one is no different.

I ordered Thai milk tea with coffee jelly and golden boba, but I received thai milk tea with only crystal boba. I ordered through doordash and they said they have no responsibility.

It's a shame when a employee completely ruins the name and reputation of a business in one interaction but that's what happened for me.My partner knows exactly what she likes and has ordered it at this location in the past with no issues. Just a traditional milk tea with brown sugar and tapioca pearls. That's what my partner ordered and the woman had no questions upon receiving this exact order. The drink we were given had no brown sugar in it and had golden boba instead of the traditional boba. My partner was kind and just asked if there was brown sugar in it and all we got was attitude back and told if we wanted brown sugar, we should have ordered the brown sugar milk tea (even though she asked for brown sugar in the traditional milk tea). It seemed like the employee did this on purpose, just to spite us for ordering "incorrectly". My partner and I began to leave. I could see the look of disappointment on her face and her hesitation in further "upsetting" the employee. So I convinced her to turn around and try asking nicely again if we could just have brown sugar added. We went back in and asked, the employee told us it would be too sweet (how would she know what would be too sweet for us?), then swiped the cup from her hand, angrily stabbed new holes in the lid and then pumped and pumped brown sugar in, again almost to make her own point that it would be "too sweet". The employee then practically threw the cup back at us. My partner looked her dead in the eye and said thank you with kindness, the employee returned her kindness by rolling her eyes at her and turning around, saying nothing. We then proceeded to leave and said 'have a nice day", the employee then turned to another customer and started making fun of us and laughing at us.If it were my business I would never hire someone like this woman. She was rude, condescending and impatient. Not at all made for customer service. Not only will I never return to this ding tea, I will never step foot into any other ding tea just to make my point. It may be a drop in the bucket for a corporation but I'll make sure everyone I know knows that ding tea does not conduct themselves admirably. For anyone interested in looking further into this it was whoever was working Friday, October 20th, 2023. Around 1pm.

The woman behind the counter was extremely rude and unprofessional. I was very kind to her and only received an attitude back. Came here from out of town specifically for the milk tea, won’t ever be returning.

Ordered a milk tea with boba. After they charged me, they told me that they were out of boba and would not refund me back the extra charge of the boba.

Pretty good boba place in AA. Wasn't super sweet, which I liked. Wasn't too strong either, which I also looked. Prices are kinda high and the $0.95 upcharge for no ice is kinda crazy.

Weak wifi connection. I was solely looking for wifi because of the outage, so it was pretty disappointing. There was no iced black coffee and a less-sweet version of Hokkaido latte was still too sweet.I liked the K-pop BGM tho.

One of the worst customer experiences in memory. I ordered Thai Milk Tea and a coffee drink. Both drinks were extremely sweet to the degree of not drinkable.I complained to person who took my order and I was told it was my fault for not saying I wanted less sweet drinks. I said it was not reasonable for a new customer to have knowledge of the options. When I asked the person to remake the drinks I was told no repeatedly. I continued to insist the drinks be remade and one of the workers there started yelling at me and said I was "annoying" in front of the other customers. It's ironic that the shop has "esteem, service, professional, creativity" as their tag line. What a joke!

Some of the best drinks that I've had. I ordered Kumquat Lemon Iced Tea with 30% sugar. It was a tasty drink made with real kumquats. It was a 10/10 drink, would highly recommend! Drinks are made to order and we're made quickly. The workers were friendly and the ordering experience was smooth. It's a good location with a few tables if you want to eat in.
