I absolutely love dining here! It is always such a wonderful experience. The food is delicious. The staff is friendly, attentive and knowledgeable. The atmosphere feels warm and cozy while also being bright and open. It’s one of my favorite restaurants now!
Yes, the food was fantastic. Of course it was. Yes, the space is beautiful. Who wouldn't love a carefully renovated and tastefully decorated old barn? And yes, people already know this - which is why it's always packed. But, the service was over the top. The level of knowledge our server had on the menu, the wine list, the way the ingredients are gathered, the process the chef follows was unparalleled. Stop reading. Go eat.
Wanted to share a fabulous experience here; took my mum out for a late lunch. I ordered the quiche which was so delicious I ate every single morsel, despite it being a most generous portion. Mum ordered the steak tartar and when it arrived, discovered it had chili in it. When our waitress came to check on us, mum had had a few mouthfuls but I was picking out the flecks of chilli for her - (quicker & easier for me to do it than her, she’s 93).
