Exactly what you want it to be and more. Fresh fried tortilla chips, queso that reminds me of South Texas, large California style burritos, thick quesadillas with plenty of cheese and meat. Dos Hermanos itches my former-Texan food itch.

Their dessert bar addition is very new and google maps rarely shows it. Put in La Michoachana to find the ice cream!
