I ordered a large latte and was given a large cup with my drink not filled even close to the top. Would not recommend. The little that i got tasted good though

Burnt soggy cold sandwich pretty roughed up very old soggy tots reheated in microwave asked for a hot coffee was told they don't have any and gave me a cold one that I can put. Sugar in

They have specific employees who are only making coffee, but it somehow still takes 15 minutes to make them (often incorrectly). Embarrassing lack of urgency, it's not that hard.

For someone that has alot of anxiety or problems with congested areas....I recommend not going. I didnt even stop. I just got done at the hospital and just wanted a good coffee before I gps my way out of town ended up going somewhere else because I wanted a drive thru.

Noe recommended the coffee roll when I proved to be indecisive and it was delicious. He also greeted me with customer service worthy of a raise, being patient letting me pick my donuts while checking on me sporadically. Made getting assistance easy without feeling like a burden. Also he was super kind in general, as the other customers seemed happy after he easily fixed their orders as they ran out of menu items. Coffee roll is my new daily donut, very hopeful for future coffee rolls

This is the worst Dunkin’ Donuts I’ve ever been to. One of the employees, a young black man, was extremely incompetent and could not get my simple cold brew order correct. When I flagged that my order was incorrect, he was rude and refused to fix it since it was “too busy”. Despite the busy store, instead of making any of the coffee orders, he spent 20 minutes talking on the phone and loudly complaining about how he shouldn’t have come to work today. The staff at this Dunkin need to either be retrained or fired.

I waited 20 minutes for a breakfast sandwich. They gave me hashbrowns instead of a sandwich. It's not even the first time I've gotten an incorrect order.

Great location just steps from the University of Michigan and the parking lot for visitors. The Ambiance is cool, and the staff is friendly. Very timely service. Typical Dunkin food and nothing fancy. !

Made DoorDash delivery late, which affects my ratings, they don’t have to worry about ratings , but I do I can lose my job if they get too low. They’re always understaffed, and my doughnut was not very good. The prices are pretty high, but that’s Ann Arbor. They gotta pay the rent so they pass it off onto the customer. I really need to use the restroom. That’s the main reason I wrote them so low of a rating is because they put a lock on the bathroom door , You need a code. I’m out here driving all day and I needed to use the restroom. One of the inside workers said that’s to keep the homeless people from using it.

The middle eastern young man decided to be on a phone call for over 10 minutes instead of calling out orders, which he was doing before his very important phone call came in. The lady making the drinks was slammed with orders and had to recruit another worker that was on his break. Ridiculous…he needs a serious reevaluation.

The workers are always kind and dutiful.
They are generally understaffed and undertrained, and that's expected from a franchise. What I didn't expect is a lock on the bathroom door with a codelock on it that sets off a siren and locks out any attempt at getting the code right after three wrong tries.
I just had a runny nose and I got boogers all over the floor because there were no napkins in the waiting area. It was embarrassing and also demeaning. I waited 10 minutes for my coffee because they were understaffed. I actually recieved really great service, just late.
That bathroom lock bs is the reason I'll never be back. Ruined the whole experience.
