I haven’t been here in a year, but I’m still thinking about how good the food! If they would ship their food, I would buy it!

Lot's of great vegan options and the owners are so nice! I go here as often as I can.

By far the best spot for lunch in downtown!!

I’ve been coming to Ann Arbor for decades and I’m embarrassed to admit this is the time I have come here. Amazing vegan and gluten free dishes and desserts. We can’t wait to come back!

Authentic, delicious and freshly made mostly vegan buffet. Love this place!

This place is iconic, amazing, delicious, heaven on earth kind of food. I love every single dish they have. My favorite are those baseball sized potato balls. Oh, soooo good! But the home run is that creamy cashew-turmeric sauce drenched broccoli dish. At night I dream of it. Then I gorge myself on if I remember to stop by the next day.

The folks that own and run the place are the kindest, most peaceful and gentle souls. Super tolerant. Just lovely people. Been coming here since the 90’s and I hope you continue to exist for the rest of eternity. You are an Ann Arbor staple and crown jewel. The food is truly heavenly. And I’m a meat eater that simply appreciates phenomenal vegetarian fare once in a while. This place is a true HIT!! The Buddha would be right at home, here.💕

We always try to get something from here when we're in the area. Highly recommend any of the curries, the dosa, and vegan mango lasso!

Earthen Jar serves up the best Indian food in Ann Arbor. Everything is vegetarian (and most are vegan) but you won't miss the meat. The curries and masalas are warm-your-heart, and stick-to-your-bones kind of dishes that you can only achieve with family recipes and home-like cooking. The sag dal is not to be missed. In addition, the owners are the nicest people. Photo of their pre-packaged meals. If you can't make it downtown, look for their products at Argus Farm Stop, Arbor Farm Market, and the People's Co-op, among others.

A longtime staple in downtown Ann Arbor. Delicious, convenient Indian buffet.

One of the few entirely vegetarian restaurants in the area, convenient self-serve buffet charged by weight

I wanted to grab a little lunch to take to the Arboretum & I came across this lovely establishment ?Literally the best Indian cuisine I've ever eaten! The staff is super friendly and helpful. The Samosa is perfectly spiced and fresh with a variety of chutneys to choose from... I went with a coconut chutney & it's super yum.Don't forget to get some naan & the Mango Lassi!
