First Watch Reviews
Thank you so much to the staff at the Ann Arbor, MI location today for your kindness after our accident today. They went above and beyond for my daughter and I offering a warm dry place to wait and hot chocolate to my daughter! They made a difficult situation so much easier!
Great food, unfortunately the wait staff are not trained or don’t care. Two times my order was wrong, waitress picked up wrong order, served it to me and it took a long time to get her attention and then took forever to get a new order. So husband and I ate alone, and she charged us for both the right and wrong orders! She didn’t care. Not too hard to get two orders correct. Very poorly trained which is why everyone has to wait so long. Very frustrating as we like the food...read full review

First Watch, a popular breakfast and brunch spot, continues to impress customers with its fresh and well-made food, friendly and fast service, and inviting ambiance. The menu offers a diverse range of great brunch options and drinks, from the spring special Hacienda hash to classic dishes, with unique vegetarian options like the power breakfast bowl.
Despite the restaurant's modern atmosphere, the quality of the food stands out. The food is consistently good with tasty seasonal selections and ingredients are always top notch. Customers appreciate the fresh, delicious ingredients and flavorful fruits and veggies. The employees are almost frighteningly helpful and positive at all times, accommodating all your needs quickly and painlessly, contributing to a pleasant dining experience.
The only downside seems to be the lack of Splenda as a sweetener option, as some customers prefer it over stevia. Additionally, the restaurant does not offer veteran or senior discounts, which some customers may find disappointing. First Watch is slightly more expensive than a lot of other dining options.
Overall, First Watch in Ann Arbor, Michigan, remains a solid choice for those seeking a satisfying breakfast or brunch experience. With its competitive prices and impressive culinary offerings, it's an excellent option for treating friends and family to local flavors. The cost definitely goes to create an upgraded dining experience.
