After waiting almost an hour for our food and no visits from our server I found a manager who assured me the food was coming. 10 min later re-heated food was served to us, steaks completely over cooked, cold shrimp and potatoes.Sent our steaks back. Sat there for another 15 minutes waiting. Manager trying to explain it was a new ticket system however everyone else around us were getting their food. Never have much to say about Texas Roadhouse as they are always great but don’t bother with takeout anymore as they don’t care about it. They give the worst cuts of meat, overcooked sides and next to no bread.If you want quick food just walk in, sit at the bar and order. Just have it boxed togo when it gets to you and you will have much better food.
