Went here when there was a BOGO deal, be prepared to wait (like an hour) if you come at peak dinner time. The staff worked hard and gave GREAT service despite how busy it was. Food was excellent as always.
This was my very first time ever trying five guys. I loved that everything is made to order and fresh. They did mess up my order and then tried to make it right, even offered a milkshake to compensate for a problem during our visit which we were not interested in. So right before we were finishing up our meal, I'm guessing it was the manager, had come out to our table with a gift card for us instead. It was awesome that they tried to do everything they could to make it right...
Expensive and greasy. All cooked upon order (fresh), large portion of fries, and quick service.
20.06$ for (1) regular cheeseburger and (1) regular fry. No drink purchased. Not a value for the product, in my opinion.
If you want to dine-in there is ample seating with no frills.
