The staff is always so kind and amazing with my celiac (gluten allergy) but I want to especially highlight how amazing and upbeat the manager is everytime I come in. He’s absolutely amazing and so kind.
Food is always really good, just a bit over priced. The staff are usually pretty cool, and at the least polite. The Jackson Rd one has a guy who's like mid 30s with tattoos and guaged eare that is always really on point with everything. If he's not in management training he absolutely should be. I was a McDonald's store manager before I was a CPA. And he's definitely got what it takes to run a store.
Somehow the online ordering system didn't send over any of my fixns. Not sure how that happened but they were nice enough to fix it for me. The burger had potential but lacked seasoning. The fries were awesome.
