This was my very first time ever trying five guys. I loved that everything is made to order and fresh. They did mess up my order and then tried to make it right, even offered a milkshake to compensate for a problem during our visit which we were not interested in. So right before we were finishing up our meal, I'm guessing it was the manager, had come out to our table with a gift card for us instead. It was awesome that they tried to do everything they could to make it right...
Expensive and greasy. All cooked upon order (fresh), large portion of fries, and quick service.
20.06$ for (1) regular cheeseburger and (1) regular fry. No drink purchased. Not a value for the product, in my opinion.
If you want to dine-in there is ample seating with no frills.

Went in there today to get BOGO burgers and the manager or whatever had no idea what was going on. The cashier and both cooks were both very pleasant and helpful. The manager claimed that BOGO was no longer a thing until the cashier/cook proved to me otherwise. She politely showed me how to look it up to get the deal when the manager was trying to make sure I didn't get a deal because of corporate.She said that she wouldn't honor it even though I already paid.It's...
