Great spot to grab some late night food. The burgers are great and the breakfast we saw looked good too. They only had very old coffee when I ordered some and after they filled my cup the rest of the pot was dumped and no more was made. I appreciate not making coffee at night if no one orders it, but being a 24 hr diner and seeing people with breakfast orders at 1am I was surprised they wouldn't keep coffee coming.

You can't talk about Ann Arbor without mentioning the Fleetwood Diner. It's an absolute icon. The service is incredibly fast, the food is consistently great, and the prices are more than fair. Whether you're stopping in for a quick bite or just want that classic diner atmosphere, it never misses. Highly recommend!

The epitome of what I expected a late night college town diner to be like. Food brought me back to life from my late night out on the town. Reminds me of Waffle House from the south but non-franchised and with its own local twist.
Full house at 11pm on a Saturday night, yet quick service once food was ordered. Workers were efficient.
