The food and the portions are great. Known for its sushi. One thing I didn’t appreciate was one of the workers attitude. Not sure if there day started off bad, but they were just rude for no reason.
My wife and I tried Godaiko today and we were glad we did. The food was outstanding! We ordered the kimshi fried rice and the spicy beef udon noodles. Both were outstanding! I have to warn you that the portions are enormous. The fried rice could have served 4 people and the noodles could have easily fed 2 people. We will be back!
Ann Arbor's best kept secret. Tired of $20 poke bowls with no actual fish in them? Small rolls? Overpriced main courses? Godaiko will set you up with an amazing dinner and your next 2-3 lunches. Don't think this means quantity over quality however- I've never had a meal here where I didn't leave thinking it was the best meal I'd had all week.
