used to go here all the time back in covid with my puppy at the time and it was lovely but prices went up and quality went down. i haven’t gone back but my mom and grandma had an overpriced meal and not great service

Usually the service is good. However, on a very slow day I was seated outside and had to wait 15 minutes of waving and being ignore before I had to go in to say I was ready to eat. This was after they had already seated me. A group of their staff were just chatting instead of paying attention to anything. their response was, oh well sometimes it’s so slow and you were the only one so we did notice. I eat all over town and know servers are working hard and try to be a decent customer. But the antagonizing behavior coming from them to me as a patron was just crazy. I’m not rich, I’m here for happy hour and just trying to get by like them.

The level of disregard for their behavior is upsetting. I told them thank you and left without ordering. Ruined the last day of summer and I definitely will avoid this place next summer.

-Edit: Argus got me a beer in 30 seconds. Not sure what the deal is at a brewery with getting a beer!

Been a fan for a while but this sneaky 3% extra fee or whatever rubs me the wrong way. Maybe have staff mention it upfront or idk just raise the prices by 3% and do away with the smoke and mirrors.

Very solid food and service, great steak, nachos and soup

My wife and I met 13 years ago at Grizzly Peak in Ann Arbor. Went back last night and the staff was very kind and saved the booth we met in. Nicolle, our waitress, was attentive, caring, and wonderful to get to know. Grizzly Peak’s food was wonderful. We even had the palenta fries which they just brought back. From GM, hostess, wait staff, and chef/grill, we will always keep the restaurant in our top places to visit in Ann Arbor. Thank you. Cheers!

Went there for lunch today and ordered the Baja Bacon Burger with fries. I ordered the burger without pickled jalapeños and had it medium well. It was probably the best burger I've ever had and the fries were very good, too. We ordered the polenta fries as an appetizer and they never disappoint. My wife had the salmon blt and daughter the fish tacos, and both really enjoyed theirs too. It wasn't very busy when we were there and the service was very good. Highly recommend.

I drove over an hour to try Grizzly Peak this weekend. After changing tables to get out of the intense sun, three different staff members told us—within seconds—that we’d have to move if a larger party came in. Moments later, yet another staffer repeated the same message. We asked for our check and waited over 15 minutes, so clearly it wasn’t a priority. The food was underwhelming, the beer was just okay, service was below standard, and the “free appetizer” special for UM alumni (with the purchase of two entrées) was only honored at half-off. In Ann Arbor’s competitive restaurant scene, Grizzly Peak has a lot of work to do to measure up.

The food and beer at this brewery is outstanding. The service was friendly and attentive and the clientele extremely friendly. Great place to bring your dog and hang out.
