I called and placed a order and the caller said the food will be there in about 40 mins, 1 hour goes by we call and ask about the status on the order and they say they didn’t feel comfortable bringing us our food, we then ask if they made it so we could go pick it up and they say no they did not make our food, very unprofessional customer service and will never go back here or call again.

Service was really good. Despite it being pretty late and time almost for them to close up. Cashier was friendly and helped me with my selection.
Pizzas are great. We go to the south Lyon store, which has a drive-through, which is very convenient. Prices are a little high, but I do like to drive-through.

I order from them and me my husband and kids after 4 hours had diarrhea and throwing up and stomach hurting we all caught food poisoning from there pizza will never order

I walk in and there is one customer inside. I walk up to the counter and I am completely ignored by all 4 employees. I stand at the counter for over 5 minutes before one decides to help me. I tell him the name on the order and he proceeds to give me the pizza that was in the warmer when I walked in. Ot sure what is up with the staff but they act like they are to cool to talk to you. Pure failure when it comes to customer service. I know where I will never spend another dollar.

Online ordering was straight forward and easy as heck, good deals with pretty good amount of options.Even easier than other restaurants!I ordered the thin crust bbq chicken pizza add bell peppers. It was good, I just wish the pizza was bigger lol.

One of the best best flavored crust places you can get anywhere!! I've been ordering from this place for about 4 to 5 months. I am never disappointed. Either I get their get two or 2 med 1 topping with soda. I am very pleased everytime. I had my reservations being from NYC. Nope they exceeded them and more. So today was my sons 15th birthday and I called well in advance to order the food for his pizza party. I called a few minutes after the told time for the party, and was told by one of your employees. Oh we got busy I am not sure when we can get out there. Thanks for making my sons a horrible day.
