Brian the manager is great. He cared about our problem and worked quickly to make things right and ensured that someone we cared about received his b-day surprise. What happened was we ordered mini cakes to be delivered to student housing as a birthday gift. I spoke with the manager the day before to make sure they knew where to drop them off. My husband and I came here to try the seasonal cakes and they were amazing! What brought us back to the Ann arbor location was the customer service. The people were nice and welcoming and the atmosphere was well decorated.
