Would NOT recommend. I placed a Bluey themed cupcake order at the beginning of January for my daughter’s 2nd birthday in February via email communication. We agreed on a 2 pm pickup time at the Saline location for 2-20-26. I arrived at this location at 1:45 pm on 2-20-26. The lady at the front desk informed me the cupcakes would be there in 15 minutes and that I could wait. A couple minutes later, she said she was going to call and confirm this was correct.

Ordered cupcakes that were to be designed as the number 2 with a Bluey theme but what we received was half done compared to the picture that was agreed upon. 12 of the cupcakes had pink frosting with heart sprinkles that want even close to Bluey colors. On top of all that my order was 4.5 hours late and they blame it on an improper phone number that was corrected 15mins before original pick up time. Ordered cupcakes and a cake from them for my daughter’s bday last year… they were such a hit we ordered for her bday this year too!!! Their baked goods are delicious and they are so friendly.
