“I am a huge fan of pastries that are not overwhelmingly sweet. This was our first time having Korean pastries. I am in love. They are not too sweet, and the bread is fresh. They are perfect for children as well. We had custard bread (rich), curry croquette bread (perfect breakfast), sweet potato cream bread (savory), and cream bread (WOW)! Even though we're only here for a few days, we will have as many of these as possible before returning home.“

“OMG…her flavors, textures, presentation…AMAZING! It’s not the “sad” vegan offerings one usually sees at traditional bakeries, something that seems more obligatory than joyful. Botanical Bakeries tastes and feels like someone combined decadence, light, and joy, then gently packaged it into a tasty bundle with love. Treat yourself to a cake sampler. Or shortbread. Or everything. This is a no judgement zone.“

Excellent pastries and good coffee. Just be prepared for limited seating…it is tight and when people opt for the real cafe experience seats don’t open quickly.
My wife and I come at least one Saturday afternoon per month to sit, talk, and enjoy.“

“I Love this bakery.!!!I purchased a Chocolate cake and it was so delicious and moist.There are numerous cakes to purchase all different flavors.What I truly appreciate are slices of all these fantastic cakes on display and you can buy a slice and determine what cake you prefer. I chose a raspberry and chocolate slice with delicious white frosting. Oh my gosh how delicious,happiness in my mouth.The presentation of all these wonderful treats are spectacular. Let me tell you about their cookies,I love the Almond Joy cookies very moist lots of nuts.The staff is very Helpful and Friendly. I had help getting to my vehicle ,a very Kind young lady opened my door and I carefully placed my treasures on the floor.Listen,run fast don't walk to this delightful bakery full of awesome treats you won't forget.Go buy,Eat and Enjoy.“

“Life Is Sweet is my favorite little spot in downtown Milan. One side is a bakery with great sandwiches, pastries, and coffee/tea — and the other side is the cutest shop. It’s my go‑to place for gifts for the women in my life. I’m especially partial to anything with fresh fruit… or a cannoli. Such a charming local gem.“

“My brother in law has Celiacs and he loves the pound cake. Last time I got him a whole cake so he could freeze some and it never made it to the freezer!! I don’t have a big sweet tooth but am a huge fan of the celery seed crackers. Thank you!!“
“Tammy made some fabulous cookies for our work dinner. We had a co-worker leaving and wanted to have a fun treat to celebrate. Everyone loved the cookies. They were soft and and so good. We all had fun guessing the flavor of the frosting (orange!!). So so good and looked so pretty!“
