How is the customer service desk only open until 4…People have jobs! If you sell items until 9 you should be prepared to take them back until 9. So, if I’m not available before 4 or the weekends ( which I work also ) I’m stuck with this 80.00 pos humidifier I bought from you. The checkout line was insane but the 1 lady working was so nice. Her name is Lei M. If the store managers see this, please let her know what a great job she is doing. 😊
