Watch out for the female barista in glasses and bird arm tattoo with the nasty looks and attitude. Was extremely rude and sarcastic over a simple question. “I dOn’T kNoW wHaT a ReFreShER iS” was her sarcastic response. That’s embarrassing to say the least. Aside from that, the coffee was mediocre, so there really wasn’t much to compensate for the experience. (The hot chocolate, which I wouldn’t even classify as that tbh, would taste better from your local McDonald’s) Steer clear of this place.

Extremely high quality matcha and espresso drinks. Their in-house syrups are flavorful and unique. I've tried their pumpkin syrup and blueberry french toast syrups and they were delicious in both matcha and espresso-based lattes.

This is an underrated gem for matcha - much better than the green, clumpy milk you get at other coffee shops in Ann Arbor!

Coffee is strong in a flavor and service sense. If you are looking for a cup to grab and go, or maybe sit outside when the weather is nice, this is your place. The interior is rather Spartan (heh), so don't plan on using this facility to set up and work for 3 hours unless you have a very young back and the ability to sit in a loud space with few uncomfortable, small tables.

Went on a Saturday at about 8:00 am. Cappuccino and Latte were excellent. Service was slow. No place to sit available.

Went back in the early afternoon. It was even more packed and the line was even longer than in the morning. We turned around and left.

The coffee menu is simple and elegant. I'm yet to be disappointed with a coffee I've ever got there. The prices for their coffee and coffee supplies (cafeza, v60 filters etc.) are competitive.

Hot coffee was very good! Got a hot coffee with whole milk. I don’t love the inside of the place, but luckily the outdoor seating is better in the summer.
