I decided to go to ichiban after 5 years and the service was stellar! I was hosted by Tiara and Ruby and they were great. Food tasted amazing, they were very accommodating and helpful, and I enjoyed the service.
Ava was fantastic and made sure to check up on us frequently. Also ensured that we got correct information regarding substituting a free appetizer for a sushi roll. Excellent service.
Our waiter, Greg, was amazing, he really cared and helped me and my boyfriend celebrate a wonderful occasion. We were on town for a Morgan Wallen concert and looking for some fun food. Greg even poured us a strong drink from the bar. Greg was by far one of our favorite waiters we’ve had and his customer service skills were outstanding! Thank you Greg!! ❤
