Do not go here or order delivery from here. We ordered delivery and it took an hour and a half to receive our order. After calling twice- the Manager named Holden told us he would not give us a credit on our account or refund the order. The only thing he was WILLING to do was remake the order and send it back out. (After the first order took an hour and a half mind you) He was extremely unprofressionally and we are disappointed in the poor customer service that was displayed today. Something like this shouldn't be hard to make right and Holden needs a lesson on what elite customer service looks like.

Sincerely I have to say never order delivery from ANY Jimmy John's in Ann Arbor. For the past 3 years basically any online order or delivery will take 30+ minutes to get processed GUARANTEED. If you walk in and order you will be served and out in under 5 minutes but anything else you will die of starvation before your food is ready. Obviously it seems that the delivery drivers are either understaffed and/or underpaid and frankly I don't know why I keep attempting to see if anything has changed. It's been over an hour and my order doesn't even say its out for delivery yet, I legitimately could have walked all the way to the location and back and finished my food by now.

The BEST! I totally recommend Jimmy John's. I think my favorite thing about the food is the cookies and bread. The service is amazing! My good gets here in like, 20 minutes.

I placed an order through the app that made me do pick up tried to reorder did the same thing called the store got it straightened out made it for a delivery waited for an hour never showed up card was charged three times for one sandwich delivery driver swears they dropped it off at the door but I stood there for the whole hour lunch break waiting for it never got it
Says they're open until 10 but I'll show up at 9:30 and their employees have already locked the door. Just say you close at 9:30 if you're gonna close at 9:30.

I placed an order on March 7th @ 12:27pm, my order was not ready for pick-up until after 1:38pm. I picked up my order and after arriving back work I realized the order was incorrect, I called the store back and spoke with an employee who said that I could bring back the sandwiches that were made incorrectly and pick up new sandwiches that would ready when I arrived at 4pm. I called before heading to the store to ensure the sandwiches would be ready. The manager who identified himself as Holden stated that he would not remake the sandwiches but I could pick up the free items that were not included on the sandwiches and add them myself. This is over 2 hours later and the sandwiches had been sitting in my car waiting to go back to the store . The sandwiches were not even safe to eat at that point let alone the fact that they were on soggy bread. I explained to the manager that it was his employee who said I could bring back the sandwiches for replacement. Holden was not sympathetic at all. He accepted zero responsibility for the fact the sandwiches were made wrong and refused to replace the order. I will NEVER patronize this establishment again and I encourage you not to give them your money. They have terrible service, and the manager is a horrible individual, he has a total lack of respect for his customers and I encourage you to go to Potbelly instead!

Went in at 9:20, 40 minutes before close, to grab a sandwich and use the restroom. After I paid and received my sandwich I tried to use the restroom but it was occupied. I did t plan on eating inside but I sat down to start eating my sandwich while I waited for the restroom. Then after I eat about half the bathroom door swings open and a female employee comes out and says I’m sorry. You can’t eat in here we are closing, the. I asked if I could use the bathroom because I’ve been waiting and she said no it’s closed too like I said we are closing soon. By this time it was 9:30 and I was being rudely pushed out of the store and denied access to use the restroom, which was the main reason I stopped!
