07.01.2022: staff member helped me fix my online order that I screwed up. Totally my fault. I had wanted delayed delivery but chose pick up. He was able to for me squared away and I had my lunch waiting at work when I came our of my cleanroom.

Sincerely I have to say never order delivery from ANY Jimmy John's in Ann Arbor. For the past 3 years basically any online order or delivery will take 30+ minutes to get processed GUARANTEED. If you walk in and order you will be served and out in under 5 minutes but anything else you will die of starvation before your food is ready.
