I used to go regularly, but I haven't been here in about four months period. I walked in Brandon, I'm guessing manager knew my name and knew exactly what I wanted.Now that's what I call customer service. Whatever he's getting paid isn't enough. I may not go to any other jimmy jones, but I know I'll be back to this one.

My family loves Jimmy John's and frequents this location; lately the service and quality has been going down. I've stopped getting tomatoes on my sandwich over the past year because they are never fresh. In my last order, the bread on all sandwiches was stale and there were no pickles on the sandwich which requested extra pickles. The drive thru service is a bit slow and not very welcoming, but every time I get a sandwich in my hand so I'm satisfied.

Stopped here to grab some dinner while traveling. The staff was friendly and the restaurant was clean. It was a busy location and staff members were working quickly to fulfill drive through and online orders. Our order was ready within 10 minutes.
The food was your standard Jimmy John’s fare. The chicken Caesar wrap seemed smaller than average, but the veggie sandwich was consistent with our experiences at other JJ locations. The food was fresh and tasty - a good option...
