We were in Ann Arbor, Michigan for a hockey tournament from Canada and were very pleased to find a Tim Hortons! We went to this location twice. Staff were delightful. First trip was given a custom tea latte which was excellent! All our food was good. I was very surprised at how fast they were able to fill our order. Wow! What happened to this location? I used go here all the time and it was amazing.I can agree with the other comments here. The drive through staff was rude. I found egg shells in my breakfast sandwich, and they barely put any cream cheese on the bagel.
