Very charming coffee shop in an industrial park.
Another Zingerman’s gem in Ann Arbor! Zingerman’s Coffee Shop & Creamery offers an incredible selection of fresh, high-quality food and drinks. The made-to-order sandwiches and hot sandwiches are delicious, with everything tasting fresh and thoughtfully prepared.

Zingerman's Coffee Company offers high-quality breakfast accompaniments, including delicious coffee and freshly baked bread. The coffee is made with meticulously sourced beans from around the world, resulting in a distinctive flavor. This unexpected gem, located in an industrial park, features a unique and inviting ambiance with colorful buildings and a beautiful display of fresh bakery items. The atmosphere is warm and expansive, with tall ceilings and high top tables, along with about 10 cafe tables and a dining rail with around 6 seats. The coffee is strong and the baristas are always friendly and helpful, making the perfect drinks like the Hot Caramel Latte with extra caramel and whipped cream. While the menu currently lacks vegan treats, the shop has a confections area and offers seasonal specials, such as a refreshing avocado cold brew blended with ice.
