We were in Ann Arbor, Michigan for a hockey tournament from Canada and were very pleased to find a Tim Hortons! We went to this location twice. Staff were delightful. First trip was given a custom tea latte which was excellent! All our food was good. I was very surprised at how fast they were able to fill our order. All interactions with staff were polite and friendly. Far better service than we receive from Timmies in Canada! It was awesome to treat our sons team to a little taste of Canada with two boxes of TimBits!

Wow! What happened to this location? I used go here all the time and it was amazing.I can agree with the other comments here. The drive through staff was rude. I found egg shells in my breakfast sandwich, and they barely put any cream cheese on the bagel.

I’ve always said that Tim Hortons is my favorite fast coffee/breakfast spot. This location is by far one of the worst drive thru experiences. There was only a couple drinks options available, no food or donuts were in stock, and when I received my coffee, it was 1. Dripping with coffee from the outside 2. Not closed and spilled over my console. While the employee did give me napkins, I find it hard to understand why the cup couldn’t be wiped clean and closed right, that’s the bare minimum expectation with drive thru service.

I have had no bad experience over there. There are no super cool or unexpected things happening over there. They just do their work, and I just get what I ordered.
Wish I could give zero stars. I’ve received stale bagels and donuts, wrong orders, a Boston crème that somebody forgot to stuff… but today was the worst. I ordered a sandwhich and a dozen donuts. The guy in the drive thru asked me to repeat myself, I slowed, spoke a little louder and repeated. He got an attitude and yelled “ what” again. I repeated louder. I could hear some talking in the background so I felt awkward yelling but figured his background noise was too much. He yelled “on what?!” Again. “English muffin!” I repeated, he had a pretty good attitude at this time and asked if that was it. I asked if I could pick the donuts and it must have thrown him over the edge. He said yes and I started to say the donuts. I had only said 2 when he yelled he couldn’t hear me. I said “ should I come inside?!”Myself rather irritated at this time with his attitude and rudeness. He said “ no just pull around( I figured that might be easier too) then he finished with “ because you ain’t getting served”. I figured there’s no way I heard that right. I pulled around and the 4 people standing there ignored me. I said “ hello!” And he finally walked over, opened the window and said “ I already told you you aren’t getting served so move along!”and slammed the window in my face. I was dumbfounded and livid. I knocked on the window and he walked back over , opened the window and said “bitc$ , I told you we ain’t serving you! Drive away!!” And again slammed the window. I opened the window and demanded his name. Another worker walked over and locked the window. No, after that point I was nowhere near calm or polite. A girl came and opened the window and said it would be dealt with and I thought she was apologizing but then said that I escalated it! I’ve only ever stopped at this location so I didn’t have to go so far out of my way to hit another one. Will NEVER make that mistake again. What the heck is wrong with people.

I asked for an ice cap and they told me the machine was down which i understand so i ordered an iced carmel macchiato and they tried to give me a latte. i asked if they could remake it and the guy at the window gave me a big attitude telling me it’s the same thing and that i’m wrong. i’ve worked for coffee shops many years and have never treated a customer like that. if you’re working at a coffee shop it’d be common sense to know the difference between drinks and how to make them. the tim bits were also very stale and hard. wouldn’t recommend going to this location.

Went through the drive thru and the lady who originally spoke to me was very kind, but then I was met with an EXTREMELY rude man who wouldn’t even let me take a second to figure out what I wanted to order. He was yelling at me and cutting my off and being very impatient so I couldn’t even focus enough to order what I wanted. There was one car behind me in line and what looked like not one customer inside the building (probably because their lobby was closed as usual). I can understand if you’re having a bad day or you’re busy, but you should for no reason speak to people like that.
