I love sushi but as a vegetarian the options are pretty minimal at most places. At Kanbu, they add more ingredients like lettuce to their vegy rolls. The ingredients were super fresh, even the wasabi and ginger. The pickled vegetables even tasted FAR better than most places. The yum yum sauce tasted homemade too. This was the best sushi we have had in a long time. Coke from the fountain also tasted clean. Highly recommended!
Whether I am ordering a quick pickup lunch for myself, grabbing takeout for our entire team at work, meeting a friend for dinner, or taking my children out for a special treat, the experience at Kanbu is always fantastic. Their staff is so warm and so helpful, consistently going above and beyond. Thanks for being awesome, Kanbu!
We ordered our food a received a Wonderful arrangement of sushi and sashimi. We were Lowe's at the quality and flavor of the food truly masterclass. When we decided to order more sushi we were told of the specialty fish of the week this menu holds the true gems of this restaurant. The chef is new for this restaurant but I expect that if this is where he is starting off I expect great things!
