No stars because they,are aweful. I got food it only took them mins to make it I get home its ice cold tasted just disgusting. So I call to speak to a manager about the cold,nasty food and she sounded very young and NM other only argued with me said it was fresh then she started screaming at me and hung up. Forreal I am just furious like this newer generation has no idea about customers service they are argumenitive an rude just rude. I will be calling the gm in the morning. On top of all that they were just chit chatting laughing all loud and very in professional

Extremely RUDE.Ordered food. Was handed the wrong order. Cashier ARGUED that it was in fact what we ordered instead of making it right. She continued to argue. Not to mention the tables and chairs had crumbs on them. We left emptied handed with no refund. Didn't come there to argue.

This store stays nasty, the workers are rude, and there is absolutely no leadership. Maybe they will be open or maybe they will not, because store hours are dependent upon how they feel that day and WILL close early. It's hard to see how this site is profitable with the people they have and the quality of food they serve...if they serve it, because maybe they have it or mabye not. Sad part is, everyone associated with this store is proud of the way things are running. It's pitful and as a customer, you are wasting your time coming here.

I never leave reviews but had too with the terrible service I just experienced at this location. I went through the drive thru and the lady Shell was her name, taking orders had the worst attitude ever! The way she spoke was rude and unfriendly. I ordered the 20 dollar box and a pot pie. I pulled around to the window and she proceeded to tell me there was no pot pies left so I said, I'll take a famous bowl instead. She told me to pull up and she'd bring my order out to me. 20 minutes later, literally, the guy brings my food out (he was friendly). I opened the bag to check my order because it wasn't in the fill up box that it normally comes in. When I tell you nothing in my box was fresh, I mean NOTHING! The fries were cold, the nuggets were old, no sauces were in the box, the chicken and the famous bowl were cold. What did I just wait 20 minutes for??? This is so unacceptable!! I got out my car and walked to the door to return the whole order. The rude lady that took my order wouldn't even come and help me. She sent the young man back to talk to me. He refunded my order and 30 minutes later I was on my way. This is by far the worst location. I will never go back here. There are other places with friendly, competent people. Its So unfortunate that KFC has such terrible people working for them. I went to Leftys up the street and got fresh food, and had the most friendliest man take my order. Sorry KFC this location has lost my business. Never again!

Craving a bite of KFC.I told the rest of the eaters,that this place was usually filled with rude/ staff .But this was a new level of ugly. I'm glad we double checked the order,this time! Liking white meat,I asked nicely.We received all dark pieces telling, the guy at the drive through...He asked,for the chicken back?!?!. Even after I told him I touched the meat!!!He then gave us most of our order. After spending over 60$ ,and driving, there,I should have trusted my instincts.This KFC,has always delivered awful customers service.( We should have known, better -from the very beginning, when no one greeted us,for 1min at the drive through.) But we drove at least 20mins, to get KFC,since my area doesn't have one nearby.
This KFC on Washtenaw Ave is good. The staff here were very nice, unlike the Saline store which has forever lost my business.

KFC was one of my first jobs as a teenager! What I see now, with this restaurant is a lack of cleanliness I'm just being honest. Food was great! Just prefer everything fresh whenever I'm spending in funds. I care what my food tastes like! As we all should we're the consumers who make the restaurant stand out! Dat part ???️

Not even worth giving a review . Lobby is never open . Door dash has to wait in line . Employees are taking their friends orders over the phone for pickup which is making the wait even longer I order fries and sat in line over 10 mins after ordering and still had to wait on fries. No empathy or apologies.
