I never leave reviews but had too with the terrible service I just experienced at this location. I went through the drive thru and the lady Shell was her name, taking orders had the worst attitude ever! The way she spoke was rude and unfriendly. I ordered the 20 dollar box and a pot pie. I pulled around to the window and she proceeded to tell me there was no pot pies left so I said, I'll take a famous bowl instead. Craving a bite of KFC.I told the rest of the eaters,that this place was usually filled with rude/ staff .But this was a new level of ugly. I'm glad we double checked the order,this time! Liking white meat,I asked nicely.We received all dark pieces telling, the guy at the drive through...He asked,for the chicken back?!?!. This restaurant has good food and good prices, but occasionally some factors depending on what the employees are going through cause them to come off rude and disrespectful but they always tend to do the best they can.
