The service here was absolutely unmatched! We were treated like we were personal guests in someone's home. My friend and I went here and ordered takeout and sat at one of the tables while we waited. We changed our minds and decided to eat in the restaurant so we informed the woman at the counter. She immediately grabbed our food and began unpacking it for us at the table. We told her we could do it, but she insisted, stating that "we are her guests so she can serve us!" She even brought our dessert back to the kitchen to keep it warm until we were ready. Such kind and considerate staff. Very friendly atmosphere and the food was phenomenal!

This is the worst Indian cuisine restaurant I ever tried in my life. Food taste is not so good, it is very bland, there is no taste. It is too pricey, price is not worth the taste and portion. Food portion is too small for the price we pay. Chutney tastes so bad, it is totally made of old ingredients(old coconut). Service is also very bad, they are not friendly at all. When requested for hot water, the hot water they gave is heated chlorine water, it smelled like swimming pool. It is the worst experience I ever had. I do not even want to give this 1 star, I DO NOT recommend this place. It's the place in Hillsboro.

I really enjoyed my butter chicken and the garlic naan was so fresh and buttery! We also were able to request “baby mild” for me because I am unable to tolerate the mildest level of hot burning spice

This is one of the best South Indian restaurants in the area. Not the place to come to if you’re looking for high end ambiance. But if you’re looking for amazing South Indian food & top notch service I’d highly recommend this place! The quality of service is unmatched in my opinion, the lady in front is one of the most kindest & efficient people I’ve met! She was so helpful, communicated well with us, answered all our questions & was just an absolute pleasure to have a conversation with. The other person working there came around multiple times to make sure the food was up to our expectations, I just feel bad I forgot to ask them their names, I’ll make sure to do that next time, needless to say we will be back! My husband & I both love this place so much that we are willing to drive an hour just to eat their dosas.

This is the best Indian restaurant in Ann Arbor. I have visited all the places but found Madras Masala to be the most authentic. Quantity is decent. Price is reasonable. Taste was amazing. We had Chicken Biryani, Tandoori Chicken, Chicken Kothu Parotta, Egg Kothu Parotta, Mutton Varutha Kari, Chicken Dosa, and Rasamalai.

Last Evening was so Good .. A lady's night out. Great Food, Fantabulous service by a beautiful Lady with smiling face. We love her Energy. We will come again to experience the fine moments. These days we miss these kind of food & Hospitality. We are long time visitors. But this time we felt something new after they reopened this is our 01st visit. Much impressed.

The food is decent. Not fancy but decent. However the cleanliness of the place is bad. Do not go if you are pregnant or have a sensitive stomach. I had hoped when they reopened to their new location, they would have improved in the cleanliness area but they haven't. In this post Covid world, they are still cutting corners in that area. One example is watering down the hand soap in the bathrooms. I don't trust what they are doing behind the scenes. Disappointing as there are not very many good South Indian restaurants in the area.

Absolutely my favorite restaurant in Ann Arbor! It’s a great place to support a family-owned business and the service is incredible! They go above and beyond to help customers. I accidentally placed a pick up order wrong, and they took the time to help me and thank me for my patronage! Definitely recommend!
