The new Madras masala location is much improved from the old downtown one. Rava dosa is great and recommended

Food tasted authentic. This is one of the best indian buffets I have tasted in the US. Loved their chicken 65, lamb biriyani, chicken tandoori, naan and halwa. The spice blend for every dish was perfect. The halwa was to die for. The service was very cordial.
