It's hard to find a deli open early, and we needed to get food early before an event in town. Happy to find Maize & Blue open. Food was ready very fast, and our sandwiches were delicious! Definitely recommend!

Our first time here. Searching for a nearby deli and stumbled upon this place. So happy we did it. Had paid parking out front was the only downfall. Food was really good. I believe the owner was sitting out front on the picnic tables and chatted with us shortly. Definitely when we went back here when in town.
