Been to this location multiple times and wait in line for 10 -15 min. When finally getting up to the speaker they let you know it's mobile orders only. Don't waste your time.

Just returned home with our lunch order with my daughter and two granddaughters. Order a two cheeseburger, fries and Diet Coke for the grandkids to split. There were approximately 10 fries in the holder and one cheeseburger was completely missing the meat and cheese. Receipt shows $7.69 paid for meal. Tried calling the # listed for the store and no one answered. Picture attached.

Placed a mobile order around 5:20 for 20 pc, 2 lg fry and big Mac. Pulled up and was asked to wait in a spot. Did so until 5:50 when I had to leave. Came back at 6:05, asked for my mobile order and got a 10 pc and 1 order fries. This is about the 3rd time in a row I've waited at least 20 minutes at an Ann Arbor area McDonald's. Deleting the app!

To the old lady (who im assuming is a manager) bullying the kid at the window: I'm less worried about him saying hi quietly, and more worried about you having an attitude with a kid at 5 AM. You honestly think it's more important for him to greet people than for you to not have a gross attitude? In front of a customer too? Wild. You and him are both working at McDonald's. Don't take it out on him. The 5/5 service is for the poor kid who has to be around you all day

We ordered 2 sausage McMuffins one with egg, 1 hashbrown and a Lg Coke. The hashbrown was perfect. It was fresh and not oil logged, the oil was clean. The McMuffins should have been hotter but were good. The Coke tasted horrible! Both bathrooms were clean and the restaurant from what I could see looked clean. It was first thing in the morning so it should be at its cleanest. Staff was very friendly and welcoming.

Ok so I was going to McDonald's cause I wanted some tasty salty fries and milk shakes. I get up to the window and the lady is like "door dash" and I was like "no" and then she was like "app" and I said "no" and then she yelled "LEAVE" so I'm mad now and uhh I'm writing this now

How this underperforming location is still open I'll never know don't waste your time going here at night. Better off going to the one on zeeb road or Baker road.
Vaping at the drive through. Had trouble ordering, lots of voices coming over the intercom. I brushed it off, thinking they're just busy. I get up to the cashier to pay in the drive-through and there's two other people just hanging out and vaping. All three were vaping inside the restaurant. Is that normal these days?I know their service has gone way way down, but that really surprised me. I guess I am now officially an old man!

Understaffed which I understand, what I do not understand is not honoring app orders. When my partner and I went in to use an app deal, he clicked “use at restaurant” and was met with “we are only doing drive thru or mobile right now”. Because he had already selected “use at restaurant” he could not do mobile, so we went through the drive thru which we were met with “we’re not doing drive thru due to being understaffed”. Why tell us we could go to the drive thru and then tell us no less than 5 minutes later? When we explained our situation they simple said “sorry, we can’t do any new orders right now”. Disappointed. The least they could do is make right on their word.
