Tables needed cleaning.
I pulled up to the drive through. Nobody was waiting. I was picking up a mobile order, It took 10 minutes before someone finally came on the speaker, then, it took another 25 minutes to get my food. Waiting over a 1 hour for what is supposed to be fast food. It's unacceptable, especially if there's nobody waiting.
