Placed an app order got to the sign gave it. My information was told to pull forward. Got to the window to be told what I ordered was not available. When I asked them to cancel my order. They said they could not. However, since it was already checked in, I couldn’t cancel it on the app. I have sent three inquiries to get a refund for the order. I did not get and still have gotten no answer. Terrible customer service.
Honestly, food is always fine for Taco Bell at this location. But it is the slowest service at any location I've ever been to and seems to be consistent no matter time or day. Be forewarned, not a quick bite.
