You want frozen yogurt, come to Menchies! Its delicious and the place is fun and clean.

I hadn't been to this location is a while and I decided to try it out again. I didn't end up getting very much but it ended up being 10$ already. It seems like they raised their prices a lot for a mediocre product. Won't be going back

Very rude staff, was yelling them that I get the vanilla flavor isn't right (I come at least twice a week and get the same thing) the color and taste was wrong completely and instead of apologizing and understanding, they told me I was wrong and that I shouldn't have filled up the cup at all and should have sampled it before starting to put it in my cup. I shook it off and picked another flavor, got in line and they were being rude to the customer infront of us over a misunderstanding, then got to us and started grilling me over me filling the cup again and when I tried to explain it was because something was wrong with it she started yelling at me and saying I'm wrong and they made it with the same ingredients and temp and next time they will charge me. My boyfriend got very mad and wanted to leave everything but I just paid and left with our stuff but we will never be back to this location.

My girlfriend and I were a regular at this Menchie’s several times a week. Unfortunately, this was my first time being helped by the older woman on staff, and she was incredibly rude and unfriendly. Watched her be unfriendly to the girl in front of us too. It completely changed my opinion of this location. Customer service makes a huge difference, and because of this experience, We won’t be coming back. She should not be working there. God awful ! Very disappointing. Stay away from this Menchies !!!

we went in the other day with a group of friends and when we were paying it took the money off my card but didn’t say it paid. it took all the $30 i had yet they made me repay so we paid double the price with no money back.

It's yummie but expensive so ya. Nice but don't make it weigh too much or else

This is the dirtiest location. The chairs, trash cans, EVERYTHING is caked in dried ice cream and dirt. The side of the topping bar is also filthy. Can not stress enough how gross this place is.

Great service!! Flavors are always worth returning, not to mention I love a clean establishment!!! 😋

The worker did not smell pleasant

Was excited to try frozen tougher for the first time so checked this place out, wasn’t sure of how the pricing system worked, figured it was by cup size, to add, there was no one available to help explain until it was time to pay. Froyo was okay but I couldn’t throughly enjoying knowing I paid $25 for two small cups. Will not be returning and do not recommend, unless you’re a billionaire and have $25 to blow on mid tier frozen yogurt.

The place is awful. We walked in and right out, the smell of spoiled milk and dead animal was too strong. Every single surface is filthy. Beware and avoid

Stopped in to get my nephews gift cards and was greeted by a foul smell. Like old milk. I noticed the water bottle bin cooler was broken and had puddled water and wet napkins sitting inside. The more I looked around….This whole place is extremely dirty and makes me question how often the machines are clean. I will not be using the gift cards at this location. Clean it up or close it down the reviews go back months of how dirty this place is, and no amount of money offered will bring me back in. Forwarding this to corporate.

The team here is so friendly! Rohan, Harshith, and Joy are the kindest workers and deserve a raise. Everyone’s so kind and the atmosphere is always welcome and clean

This location is run down. It’s dirty all over, the customer service is inexistent, the restrooms were disgusting all over. We are Menchie’s fans and have never had such a bad experience in over 15 years.
