Very good mexican food in town. I love their potato filling taco.

I’m thinking about trying this place but I want to know if the beans or rice are vegetarian or vegan or neither. “Authentic” recipes would likely contain lard, a chicken stock or something like that. We called but it was difficult to get ingredients; we were told that neither contain meat. I guess since I can’t be sure, I’ll wait and see if the owner posts a reply to this message.

I’m really picky about Mexican food since I grew up eating authentic Mexican food my entire life. Minny’s is the best in Ann Arbor hands down! Everything is authentic and the price is very reasonable. Our favorites are the chicken flautas, the chicken tacos and the mixed fajitas. The horchata is also delicious!
