Pancake and sandwich were good. Not fond of starting tip recommendation from table side payment terminal at 20% and above, even though that or more is what I normally give. Others will feel forced, especially when server is standing right there. Parking lot has potholes that you need to be careful of.
Place was absolutely packed. Who does really really good. Basically your pancake House with some lunch items. Service was definitely a little.

Atmosphere is a converted Big Boy. I really liked the breakfast menu selection. There are a lot of options including some unique offerings and healthy options too. I had one of the eggs on a muffin options and thought it was delicious. My wife had eggs bacon and hash browns. The hash browns were nice and crispy, the bacon not so much. The service was fast and friendly. Prices are fair making for an enjoyable meal that is a good value.
