I love Noodles & Co , just not this location! They consistently over cook their noodles to death. The penne and egg noodles have been mushy the last 3 or 4 times I've been here . It's been about 4 months since I tried this location. No change.I also got the pot stickers today and the sides were not cooked at all.On a positive note the staff at the registers is always kind and helpful .

We have been here several times, the past two times have been less than great due to the attitude of the employees.Prior to asking me what I was needing, my particular order was pointed out on the screen and the male working said to the other workers that hey it’s been here on the screen for 15 minutes, we need to get it done and if they don’t want to wait, oh well.Additionally, it is a holiday, I understand staffing issues, but never an excuse for poor attitudes.Overall, the establishment was not well lit or as clean as other Noodles we have visited.I really want to love this location since I drive 45 minutes to get here, but I will consider the Novi location due to service and employee concerns.

Unfortunately, this restaurant has gone down, and it's filthy. Dirty tables and floors, bathrooms are gross. The kitchen looked worse. I noticed this as I ordered and should've just left. The young man who took my order was very pleasant and helpful, though. That's the only good thing about the experience as the food was thrown together and not good either.

Given some circumstances of my daughter having emergency surgery at the u of m! Door dash was an hr late! So I called the store and i can say i just had the best experience! The manager on duty was so nice and answered any and all questions I had! She was so patient and kind thank you for making my daughter's day! We did a pick up order and not that far from the place, and when we got there we had to wait like 3 more minutes, but the noodles were hot and fresh! Staff were pleasant and the noodles tasted amazing, probably one of the best! The Gluten free Mac and cheese was great! I would definitely consider this business!Parking: Many spots not too far away from the storeDietary restrictions: They have 3 options for gluten free noodles, Mac and cheese and 2 others, but I may be wrong or right, you can switch noodles for rice noodles
