we ordered elbow noodles with no cheese and tofu added. the gentlemen put cheese on top and when I mentioned that’s not what we ordered he attempted to argue with me in front of my twins. I said “thank you” as he walked down the stairs continuing to attempt to argue with me and said he would remake it. the shop was not busy and it seemed like the person was looking to argue. I cannot recommend this location at all. the Washtenaw location we’ve always had great customer service though.

It was really good. The cashier was actually from my hometown. It was pretty neat.

I spent $14 on Japanese pan noodles but it turned out very little portion size. Doesn’t worth the money I paid.

As a Flight Attendant for *American Airlines* Don’t think I would recommend this location. Pretty shock of the behavior of the employees, which does not match to Noodles & CO services and operations standards..

Look forward to discussing this in further review with higher management.

Thank you for your time.

I couldn’t believe how affordable this place is. Nice space in an old brick building, too.

Stopped in here for my lunch break at work today and I’m not happy about this place. The food was edible but their portion sizes here are absolutely ridiculous. I paid extra for more tortellini and the portion looks exactly the same so I could have saved the $1.25. I also paid $1.25 for extra butter and you get basically an empty container. They said that’s normal. When you pay $20+ for a meal that isn’t worth more than $10 it’s really irritating. I’m not going to this location ever again after this. Just because it’s a college town with rich college students doesn’t mean you should price gouge and be stingy with portion sizes. Not everyone has an unlimited credit limit credit card given to them by their parents. There literally $2 worth of ingredients in this meal.

Whoever is working right now (5/3/24 at 1pm) should be terminated for sending out food that is this bad. What a joke of a side salad, it’s literally 3 bites of lettuce and I know these noodles are supposed to be dark, there’s no sauce.

Me and my kids ate here, the man taking orders was very attentive and patient with my kids so to let them order their meals too. The restaurant could've been cleaner, it seemed very sticky. Very good attention from waiters and yummy food 😋 🍝🍜👍🏽
There was a lot of homeless population outside, but that is not the fault of the establishment.

I was in town for an outpatient surgery and I wanted macaroni and cheese. Difficult to park for this location, but I wanted the food. Made it to the store only to be told upon entering that they were not serving food because of a technical issue.
