I go here often as a solo diner at the bar. The food is more or less what you'd expect at a chain but the service is par excellence! I have never experienced a more welcoming and friendly staff. They remember my name, my rewards number, they treat me so kindly. This seems to lend to a communal atmosphere among fellow diners. I have had many a wonderful conversation there and I cannot stress enough how wonderful the bar staff is!

The only reason we went to Outback Steakhouse was because we had been given a gift card. My suspicions were confirmed about the food quality, staff and overall aesthetics of the steakhouse. Other than the power going out, the stinkfest steak they call "filet", the limp noodle asparagus, the brown loaf of sawdust they call bread and the heart stopping, grease drenched sodium bomb of an onion, I'd give it a 2.7 out of 10 only because the beer was beer. PS the host who was cussing about an ex girlfriend, he should absolutely keep his job, he is where he belongs. Cheers and God Bless.

I came here for my friend's birthday, and it was an okay experience. We were seated immediately, but where the issues arose was the wait time after ordering. We waited about 40 minutes after ordering our food, and when the food came, our orders were not complete. My friend was missing his rice, and another was missing the sauce for his fries. The fries were also very salty, and the steak was undercooked. While most of the issues were fixed, the long wait is really what bothered me. I will probably go elsewhere next time.

Asked for Medium Rare, my steak was half well done and half Medium. Everything else was good.Update 3-18-24Everything was great. Server was great. We even took cheesecake home.
Not sure if we had a new server or not, but she was terrible. We waited forever to be greeted. Waited forever for drinks. Our entire appetizer and then waited to still order our entree. And more waiting for boxes, and the bill. Had to ask another server twice for things we needed. Usually there is a manager walking around, checking in, never seen one. Normally Outback is such a hopping, long wait place. However I see why this one is next to empty if this is the service they have at all times. ??♀️
